提出了一种在高温环境下同时测量温度和气压的光子晶体光纤温度压力传感器.在普通单模光纤和光子晶体光纤之间熔接一段空心光纤构成干涉结构.空心光纤段构成非本征法布里-珀罗干涉仪,利用光子晶体光纤的微孔与外界相通,通过气体折射率变化来测量环境中的气压变化;光子晶体光纤段构成本征法布里-珀罗干涉仪,利用热膨胀效应和热光效应来测量环境中的温度.传感器的解调通过自制的白光干涉解调仪实现,实验通过测量腔长得到被测环境的温度和气压.在不同温度和气压环境下,对腔长分别为306μm和1535μm的温度压力光纤传感器进行连续测量.实验结果表明,传感器能够在28~800℃的温度下和0~10 MPa的气压下稳定工作,测量范围内温度灵敏度可达17.4 nm/℃,压力灵敏度随温度增加而降低,在28℃时可达1460.5 nm/MPa. 相似文献

A novel scheme to multiply the repetition rate of a monolithic self‐mode‐locked laser for generating sub‐terahertz pulse sources is successfully demonstrated. A coated Yb:KGW crystal is designed to achieve a self‐mode‐locked operation at a repetition rate of 24 GHz with an average output power exceeding 1.0 W at a pump power of 4.8 W. A partially reflective mirror is utilized to combine with the output surface of the gain medium to constitute an external Fabry‐Perot cavity. It is theoretically and experimentally verified that adjusting the external cavity length to satisfy the commensurate condition can lead to the frequency spacing to be various order harmonics of the mode spacing of the monolithic cavity. The maximum pulse repetition rate of the laser output can be up to 216 GHz and the pulse duration is as short as 330 fs. More importantly, the overall characteristics of the first‐order temporal autocorrelation traces obtained by sequentially scanning the external cavity.length display an intriguing phenomenon of temporally fractional revivals, similar to the feature of spatial Talbot revivals.

Alpha-galactosidase A hydrolyzes the terminal alpha-galactosyl moieties from glycolipids and glycoproteins in lysosomes. Mutations
in α-galactosidase cause lysosomal accumulation of the glycosphingolipid, globotriaosylceramide, which leads to Fabry disease.
Small-molecule chaperones that bind to mutant enzyme proteins and correct their misfolding and mistrafficking have emerged
as a potential therapy for Fabry disease. We have synthesized a red fluorogenic substrate, resorufinyl α-d-galactopyranoside, for a new α-galactosidase enzyme assay. This assay can be measured continuously at lower pH values, without
the addition of a stop solution, due to the relatively low pK
a of resorufin (~6). In addition, the assay emits red fluorescence, which can significantly reduce interferences due to compound
fluorescence and dust/lint as compared to blue fluorescence. Therefore, this new red fluorogenic substrate and the resulting
enzyme assay can be used in high-throughput screening to identify small-molecule chaperones for Fabry disease.

Based on the principle of Fabry–Perot (F–P) cavity resonance and the selective permeability of gratings to specific electromagnetic waves, a graphene-based metastructure (MS) is proposed for transmissive polarization conversion (PC). Using the full-wave numerical simulation, it is found that by varying the Fermi energy of graphene, the effective resonance range of the suggested MS can be dynamically adjusted from 0.47 to 0.348–0.714 THz, achieving the target of precise to ultra-broadband polarization modulation. In this paper, the plausibility of the structure is verified from multiple perspectives, and the correlation analyses of the electric and magnetic fields are the supporting illustrations. Additionally, the triggering mechanism of PC is visually illustrated in the study of the surface currents distributions. Simulation results reveal that the MS is superior in performance, functionality, and principle, and it is foreseen to hold excellent promise for integrated equipment in the terahertz (THz) band. 相似文献

, h). Such immersions we call minimal webs. They admit a natural ‘geometric’ extension of the intrinsic combinatorial discrete Laplacian. The geometric Laplacian on
minimal webs enjoys standard properties such as the maximum principle and the divergence theorems, which are of instrumental
importance for the applications. We apply these properties to show that minimal webs in ambient Riemannian spaces share several
analytic and geometric properties with their smooth (minimal submanifold) counterparts in such spaces. In particular we use
appropriate versions of the divergence theorems together with the comparison techniques for distance functions in Riemannian
geometry and obtain bounds for the first Dirichlet eigenvalues, the exit times and the capacities as well as isoperimetric
type inequalities for so-called extrinsic R-webs of minimal webs in ambient Riemannian manifolds with bounded curvature.

Using a previous qualitative explanation to describe the transport properties of polycrystalline La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 thick films, we achieved a good fit of the temperature dependence of the resistance R(T). Depending on the sample, we have observed different metal–insulator (MI) transitions while the magnetic behavior is always similar. Small regions of depleted Tc adjacent to the grain boundary could have an important resistance contribution without affecting the magnetic properties in an appreciable manner.
